Online Store
We moved our online store to www.pentacrafts.store for a better shopping experience. This website is to showcase our featured items and handmade collection, as well as a space for our witchy blog so that you can find out more information about witchcraft, wicca, paganism and even crafty projects.

For our Non Witchy Friends...
We get many people who are not interested in witchcraft, wicca, paganism or spirituality asking if its okay to buy from us. The answer is yes of course! We get many people who buy from us who don’t understand witchchcraft, but love our items for D&D, roleplaying games, craft projects, renfaires, and decoration. We are particularly popular in gaming communites as people love our runestones, astrological dice and journals for gaming props.

What Makes us Different?
We are a micro business run by a very small family, but we make many products ourselves that is exclusive to Pentacrafts only. We are very committed to making our products ethically and sustainably, as we strive to make a positive impact on our planet. As a queer family of witches, we believe in equity and welcome all, and have a zero tolerance policy towards any prejudices.

Are You a Physical Shop
Our dream is to have a brick and mortar store one day, but for now we only sell online and at markets/events. We travel around the UK to various markets, events, convention and such, particularly around the Manchester area. We love meeting new people and if you wish to see our products in person, you are more than welcome to visit us at our local events. We regularly post about where we will be next, as well as having information about our future markets.
Due to limited space we are never able to take our full range of stock to events, and so we curate our stall specifically for the market we are at. But we have our online shop at pentacrafts.shop where you can browse and buy from our various witchy wares.

Shipping
Processing Orders:
We typically process orders within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). However we are only a micro business with one main staff member, so on occasions such as illness or having to handmake an item, this may take longer. We do our absolute best to send your parcel asap!
Shipping:
For standard shipping we use Royal Mail Tracked 48hr that aims to be delivered within 1-3 days. Once your parcel has left us we have no control over your parcel.
Shipping Costs:
The price of delivery depends on the weight of your parcel, which can be viewed at checkout.
We currently only ship in the UK.

Something Missing or Broken
While we do our absolute best to ensure safe delivery, unfortunately once a parcel is out of our hands, we have no control over delivery. In the event of a missing parcel, or broken item, please contact us at shannon@pentacrafts.co.uk with your issue. If a parcel is missing we will advise to wait 7 days after expected delivery time. In the event of a missing parcel or broken item, we will either issue a refund, a partial refund or offer a replacement (free of charge) depending on the situation.
We may ask for photos and details of broken items for evidence when making a claim with the courier.

Returns
You must tell us within 14 days of getting your parcel if you want to return something. We will then confirm the return address and if the items can be sent back. If you don’t, the return won’t be accepted. There are some items we do not accept returns of, such as cosmetics, bath items, handmade candles and customised or made to order items (unless the item arrived faulty, in which you please refer to our section about missing or broken items).
Once we approve your return, you have 14 days to send the parcel back to us. Parcel must be send with tracked postage to ensure it doesn't get lost.
Once we have received the parcel and everything is in resalable condition, we will then refund you the original cost of the items. We will not be able to refund you for the postage for shipping back to us, you must pay for your own return.

Placed Order at Wrong Address
In the event you have placed an order at a wrong address, please contact us ASAP! If we have not sent out the order we can update the address.
We understand mistakes can happen, so we strongly advise that you double check your details before placing an order and check your address after an order has been placed.
Once the parcel has left us and the tracking indicates your parcel is being returned due to an incomplete or wrong address, we are unfortunately unable to do anything at that point. We may be able to make a partial refund depending on the expenses of having your parcel forced returned, as it costs us to have items sent back to us. If the package is not returned, we can not issue an refund.

Free Gifts
We often send out free gifts for those who place an online order with us as a nice surprise. We do not make any guarantees you will get a free item, we simply do it as as a nice gesture to hopefully make someones day just a little bit better.
We often send out free items such as prints, incense , stickers and etc. If you strictly do not want a free gift (in case of severe allergies), just pop us an email at shannon@pentacrafts.co.uk

Allergies
If you have any severe allergies or concerns, please email us at shannon@pentacrafts.co.uk before placing an order.
We are a family micro business and our items are kept at our head witches house, in our special crafty room. We do have cats on the premise that our items are kept at, and although they’re not allowed in the crafty room, they are sneaky little kitties. We have a variety of items that are stored in our craft room that can contain allergens such as grass, fragrances, dried flowers and herbs and such. It is vital that you message us if you have any severe allergies.
